One of the things I’ve really loved about flickr has been seeing things I think I’ve seen in an entirely new perspective. What did they see that I didn’t, how did their interpretation work or not work or what little extra did they see or do that I didn’t? This month’s assignment houston has been a great example of that. The San Jacinto monument. The main attraction, the monument itself but put in the viewfinder of a group of talented photographers and it really becomes a living, breathing creature. I can gleen so much just by looking at the end results, truly looking.
